Registration
RSVPs are free and personal to you. Each guest needs their own registration so we can plan food, screenings, and swag bags. Space is limited and registration does not guarantee entry after capacity is reached.
SMS messaging terms
- By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring, informational text messages from Black Veterans for Social Justice about Long Live Brooklyn.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of attending the event or of any purchase. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Health screenings
Screenings, scans, and wellness conversations offered at the event are for education and awareness only. They are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace care from your own healthcare provider.
Photo and video release
The event is photographed and filmed. By attending, you grant BVSJ permission to use your likeness in event recaps and promotional materials. Tell a staff member on-site if you prefer not to be photographed.
Conduct and changes
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting unsafely or disrespectfully, and to change the schedule, programming, or venue details as needed.
